Description📍: An old hotel/train station complex behind the Monnetier village. 1 old hotel (floors & roof collapsed), 1 small bungalow, 1 mini train station (collapsed roof), 1 barn (mostly intact). Lots of tags, windows, dive spots, small gaps.

Hazards ⚠️: It is quite destroyed and there's also a lot of vegetation around, so quad retrieval can be quite difficult (good piloting skills required). Please also be mindful of the noise level since it is only 100m away from the Maison des Associations (active during weekends), preferably use whoops/toothpicks.

Legality ✅: Not in NFZ. You can fly here.

Attendance 👥: Mostly not squatted, except the northern barn which is the most preserved building and I have seen people inside during weekends.
