It is a great looking spot with a lot of acro opportunities, but it is registered as a museum (which is open when there is some kind of event), so you should get a permission to fly there.
It features a lot of old passenger and freight cars, some of them aren't covered so you can practice some acro flying with hitting the gaps. There is also a medium-sized chimney.
Be aware that this spot is next to two active and rather busy train lines, keep your flying zone tight to not interrupt them.
